These terms and conditions apply when you buy a product or service from me. Products and services include: one-to-one coaching packages, group coaching packages, one-off coaching sessions, Zoom Power Hours, Gift Vouchers, workshops, event support, and other services or products I might make available.
Life happens, and you may need to move your booking, I understand. Please give as much notice as possible to reschedule coaching sessions. If you need to reschedule last minute please email me. If I need to reschedule, I will offer you the opportunity to reschedule, or if we can't find a suitable date I will refund you.
If a product or service has been used, we cannot offer a refund. Please see the individual terms of events and workshops.
Jo Gibney will not accept liability for people unable to attend due to circumstances outside our control, such as technical issues, work commitments, illness, or other personal commitments that mean you are unable to attend a workshop or event that you have purchased.
Jo Gibney reserves the right to take the necessary steps to recover unpaid amounts, which may include suspension of membership and the associated access, as well as engaging external debt collection agencies, as appropriate.
Where circumstances force Jo Gibney to cancel an event, the liability of Jo Gibney shall be limited to a refund of any fees paid for tickets to that particular event.
As per the UK's Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. The Client may cancel this contract within 14 days and receive a refund. Should a coaching session or workshop have already taken place, you may be charged for that session.
This does not apply to any digital products you may have downloaded immediately, as by downloading them you waive your right to the cooling off period, as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Your statutory rights are not affected. If you wish to make a complaint about the product or service, please do so by emailing jo@jogibney.co.uk
In the event you wish to reschedule or request a refund, you can do so by emailing jo@jogibney.co.uk
You agree to make every attempt to request a refund before attempting a chargeback request from your bank or card provider.
If you have signed up to in two or more payments, you agree to make the payments under the terms agreed, and authorise access to your financial information through the third-party financial processing company used for this. You agree not to cancel payments prematurely (see 'Rescheduling and Refunds' above).
The Payment Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy are governed by and construed in accordance with United Kingdom law. Any dispute arising out of, or related to any information contained in these, is subject to adjudication in the United Kingdom.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
